2,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations, malls and power, strip and value
centers. Growth opportunities are sought throughout the existing markets
during the coming 18 months. A vanilla shell is required. Typical leases
run three to five years. Preferred cotenants include Target and Wal*Mart.
